Training: upon our client’s request we conduct lesson inspections, we monitor the curriculum on a regular basis, we carry out tests to verify progress and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Translations: we proofread all translations and consult them with experts, we offer proofreading services, we conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

WHO DO WE MEAN BY THAT?
Training: linguistics or modern languages faculty graduates or teacher training college graduates with minimum 5 years of experience in foreign language teaching, often holders of CELTA certificates.
Translations: linguistics or modern languages faculty graduates, in addition completed postgraduate course in translation (specialisation: law and economy) or interpreting (specialisation: simultaneous interpreting).

HOW DO WE GUARANTEE THAT?
All our documentation is archived and appropriately stored. We also maintain a bank of all jobs and training so that our clients can find the information they need at any point in time. In our agreements with our clients we always pledge confidentiality against third parties. Confidentiality agreements are also signed by our translators and teachers.
